Meet Grace Lowry, MS, SHRM-SCP
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in human resources, including serving as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Grace brings a practical, experienced perspective to the workplace challenges professionals and organizations face every day.
Throughout her career, Grace has advised executives, leaders, managers, and employees across numerous industries with significant experience in healthcare and higher education. Her experience spans complex employee relations, performance and talent management, workforce planning, organizational change, labor relations and collective bargaining, compensation, benefits, and HR operations. As a senior HR executive, she has partnered closely with C-suite leaders to navigate complex workforce decisions, strengthen organizational performance, and align people strategy with broader business and institutional priorities.
Across those roles, Grace saw the same need repeatedly: organizations invest significantly in their people, yet there is often a gap between broad organizational people strategies and the individualized professional development and workplace effectiveness support that professionals and managers sometimes need. That support can help people grow in their roles, navigate challenges more effectively, and address issues before they become larger organizational concerns—affecting performance, productivity, engagement, and retention.
That insight led to WorkLens.
Today, Grace works directly with professionals navigating difficult or important workplace situations and with organizations looking to strengthen the support available to their managers and leaders. For organizational clients, WorkLens complements internal HR teams by providing an additional resource. WorkLens services are designed to meet professionals and organizations where they are, with practical guidance tailored to the workplace challenges in front of them.
Grace’s approach is grounded in the perspective that comes from nearly two decades spent advising employees and managers, partnering with executives, developing people strategy, and ultimately leading the HR function itself. She understands workplace challenges not only from the perspective of the individual experiencing them, but also within the broader context of teams, leadership, culture, and organizational priorities.
Through WorkLens, Grace brings that experience directly to the people making workplace decisions every day.
