-
WorkLens is a workplace advisory practice providing individualized professional development and workplace effectiveness support.
Situations in the workplace can often require more individualized attention than traditional training or organizational programs can provide. That might mean coaching for a first time manager, navigating a unique team challenge, strengthening manager effectiveness, or addressing people issues at risk of impacting the larger organization.
Our approach is practical and action-oriented. We help clients assess the situation, identify what needs to change, and develop concrete strategies, conversations, tools, and next steps they can put into practice.

WorkLens works with professionals individually and partners directly with organizations.
Professionals come to WorkLens one-on-one for individualized support with workplace challenges, professional development, important conversations and decisions, and becoming more effective in their roles. Individual professionals may work with us once to prepare for an important compensation negotiation or navigate an interview process, or on a recurring basis as they work to build influence and effectiveness within their organization. Some situations at work are simply too difficult to shoulder on your own. We’re here to bring clarity, perspective, and practical support to the work situations that feel particularly complex or stressful.
Organizations partner with WorkLens to give managers and leaders practical, individualized support beyond broad training and development programs. This can include, but are not limited to, strengthening manager effectiveness, improving role and workload clarity in teams, managing through organizational change, and helping managers respond earlier when problems begin to surface. For organizational clients, WorkLens serves as an additional resource alongside internal HR and existing people programs but with indiviudalized attention that organizational programs cannot address.
